What´s on the menu next week
I´ve been more than a bit lapse with my menu planning this week but I intend to make amends next one and was wondering how many dishes do you think you´ll be cooking from the HD books and if so what will they be ? I´ll have a little think and get back here. Salmon and ginger whatever is certainly going to be one of them.

Sorry, Tried to post a photo but I can´t figure it out. I´ve made this for the second time. We really enjoy it. I made one little change by putting half hot smoked paprika in and half normal smoked. Oh and I used savoy cabbage instead of kale which I can´t get where I live. I´ll keep trying with the photo
