Feel and look thinner, not losing pounds or inches
Hi everyone, This is the first time I have posted on here but I am getting so frustrated now I wanted some advice. Basically, I stick to my 1200 cals everyday and work out at leat 3-4 times a week. On the days I work out I eat more so that I am still at 1200. I have not moved on the scales for months and not moved inches…
