losing during ilness
so i showed up with a fever yesterday, spent most of yesterday and today in bed sleeping. i'm trying to eat at least the 1200 calories, but i doubt i'll hit my 1760. should i just not worry about it? if i do lose while i'm sick, is there a trick to not putting it back on?

not hungry enough
