Hello I'm seeing a lot of diaries have higher daily calorie food goals. I've been losing an average of 1-4 lb per week, and am doing that on a 1200 calorie goal. Training for a 5k Color Run
I signed up for my first 5k (color run) on July 20th. Problem being, I cannot run for the life of me. 1 minute at a time seems to be the max.
