Bulking and weight training. Motivation would be good!
Well, I have been training and trying to bulk for the past five weeks. All been going great. Getting bigger, stronger and fitter. Would be great to have other to motivate me and vice versa. never been one for exercise and had fast metabolism but finally wanted to get fit and bulk up...

Do I need more protein than this for bulking?
Firstly, I better say "Hello". Well, I filled the initial calculation in. I put in that I wanted to bulk and gain approx 1lbs per week. I am 39, weigh 175 pounds. The protein recommendation came back at 101 grams. I feel this is a little low and I should be aiming for nearer 175 grams. Your thoughts please? Thanks
