I lost 32 pounds since April 1, and here is how
I substitute meals with Weight Watcher's Smart Ones or Lean Cuisine and if I get hungry between meals I eat salad or fruit and always fat free dressing. I literally eat 5 to 7 times a day but it's always one of those weight watcher meals or fruit or salad. I also do the treadmill 30 minutes a day everyday no matter what.…
