Is this reasonable?
My goal is to lose 30 pounds by September. I am eating 1300-1400 calories a day, with 400-600 calories a day burned on the cross trainer or/and walking. I know the formula for this, but is 30 pounds in 3 months a reasonable goal? EDIT: I'm ok with losing more than 20, but I'd rather be close to 30. I know the limits.
