Psyllium Husks
Does anyone else use Psyllium Husk as a source of fiber. And if so, powder or tablet form? And if powder... any suggestions on what to put it in...water? food? etc. I tried it in Crystal Lite and it turned to gelatin before I could drink the whole bottle.
