Hi, I'm Anthony, I'm 38 and live near Shrewsbury in the UK. I've been using MFP for just over 3 months and I've lost 20lbs. I'm finding the app is great for tracking and managing but it has also educated me about calories. It is changing my life. Cool beans :)
