Cheat?
Hi everyone, so my question today is cheat days. I'm 5'8 137 lbs male. I have Muay Thai and baseball mostly all week and I'm pretty active. I've lost 73 lbs since September on a very strict diet, 1000 cals. Not healthy i know but it did wonders. Anyway, is one cheat day (Saturday for me) that bad? Like will it really set…
