I am new to the site and am in dire need of some good HEALTHY meal ideas. Any help would be appreciated more than you know!
If I am doing an hour of crossfit 3 times a week then how do I compute the number of calories I am burning per exercise? Especially since each workout is different. I could really use some help on this. I am also doing Yoga twice a week and can't figure out the calorie burn off for that either. Please help?
