It has been a long while since I have used mfp. I am looking to add other SAHMs as friends for support. My overall goal is 60 lbs or so and lean body mass. :smile:
I need a weight/lifting 101 course please! Not really a course, but where and now to get started. Should I wait until I am close to my goal weight and stick with the majority cardio with some weights(dumbbells and using my own body weight)? Advice, tips etc please! Thank you in advance! :)
