Should I adjust my cals from 1430 to 1330? Or change macros?
Hi, I'm 5ft 2, 35 and 62.3kg or aprox 137 pounds. After one month, I am thinking of dropping my cals from 1430 to 1330 and upping my protein and cutting down on carbs.
