Gidday from Australia, Im an Adeladian and over two years ago I managed to drop almost 20 kg. But since I started working shift hours I have slowly packed the weight back on. I stopped going to gym because I wanted a break , but I know I need to go back. I give in to easily to eating the wrong foods. Any ideas or help…
