Moving on up......from the FitBit Zip
I use to LOVEEEE my zip, but now it is getting on my LAST nerve. To see that I have walked 6,000+ steps and it just decides to start over is so frustrating!!! I tap it and nothing happens even though the battery is FULL, this is when I realized it was time to try the Fitbit One. I'm hoping it is more reliable!!

I know what my problem is.....
There are too many options!!! I don't know what to stick to because of the many options!! Myfitnesspal, weight watchers, atkins, TDEE, 5:2 diet, alternate day diet!!! I'm so confused on which one to do and which has the best result! So lost!!!

I do great until I get home.......
I am so accountable and eat so well while I'm at work! I don't cheat, I eat within my macros and I use my fitbit religiously to get at the least 10,000 steps at work alone. Ok, so I have recently purchased a Polar FT4 to get an accurate calorie burn during my workouts at the gym. I absolutely love it by the way!!!
