Thyroid Menu / Thyroid Issues
Hi All I'm following the Thyroid menu. My morning temperature is ranging between 35.1 (95.18° Fahrenheit) and 35.8 (96.44° Fahrenheit) but usually at the lower temperature and i'm on day 8 of the Plan. Today was 35.5.
