Eat to Perform?
Has anyone done the Eat to Perform program for more than a month? Over the next year, I'm looking to lose 10 pounds of fat (let's face it, I'd hope to do that quicker than a year from now) and gain a little muscle. I'm considering trying ETP, as what I've done in the past isn't working for these last 10 pounds, but I…

(deadlift, bench, press and squat plus cross fit) Prior to this, I had been doing bootcamp type body weight exercises for the prior year, and high…

New year resolution? Check. Weird...
I made actual concrete fitness goals this year, rather than the vague "lose weight", etc. goals that I've done in the past. And for the first time in recent history, I've just met a few of my new years resolutions. Be able to do 50 pushups? Check. 5 chin-ups? Check. Yay!
