I'm starting the T25 workout series July 7th, but feel free to join in at any time. I wanted to start a group to help support each other and share results.
which ones are best and which ones to avoid?
I'm hoping there are still some people on this board that are active and help me out. I just want to know what you eat on low carb days. In the book it says it should be 1,200 on low carb days and I am eating 5 meals with protein, veggies, and fat and I cannot make it to 1200.
I don't know why this has me so confused, but someone please explain how they work? Ihave it linked to my fitbit and the calories it adjustable for exercise its added with what i have eaten for the day and show up as the net calories.
