I am starting my journey and I am needing some ideas on some healthy snack options. I teach and coach so my time constraints are a little odd but I am needing a mid morning and mid afternoon snack to get me through the day but will not break the bank on calories or sugar etc.
I have a Nike Fuelband but have recently started looking at the Microsoft Band does anyone have any experience with it as far as improving your motivation and health and accuracy? It is $199 so to expensive to just "try out". Which is why I am looking for some advice on it first.
I have been on the journey a while now and have fallen off the wagon a couple of times. I am the heaviest I have ever been and must get back down where I need to be. I have a wedding coming up in June and want to be as close to 200 as I can be by that time. I am at 300 now and would love to see 199 on the scales before…
