Sprained ankle--what to do while it heals?
I'm a semi-professional athlete, and have been working to lose the last 10-15 lbs. I need for the pros. The only downside: I sprained my ankle two days ago. Ouch. I have been running for ~20 minutes twice a week, followed by an hour of circuit/weight training, running 30-40 minutes two other days, swimming an hour one day…
