What do you guys think about the Paleo Diet in general? I just started reading the book and a lot of it seems to make sense. Any comments, questions, concerns? S
I've been consuming 1450 calories for about two weeks. I have to be 138 in 6 weeks so I have been trying to lose 2 pounds a week for a competition. I am now stuck at 148 and consuming the same amount of calories. I am 5'9'' and very active, eating right. Any suggestions?
