I eat about 1300 calories a day and exercise. According to my BodyBugg, I'm burning about 2400 calories per day but I am GAINING weight. I've tried changing the type of food I'm eating but nothing seems to help. Anyone have any ideas?
I lost over 100 lbs about four years ago and now hover around 145. My doctor wants me to get to 120 for health reasons but no matter what I do, I can't lose the last 25 lbs.
