I've never done any workout tapes or program before, except for C25K, but that's only 3 days a week, and I would like something to occupy me for my days off, and I would love to be lean. Thanks y'all!
I've lost 20ish pounds before I found this app, and it was very difficult, but since I've been counting calories it feels as if the weight is just shredding away. Feels amazing! I would love to meet new people who share similar goals as I do, add me :)
