im currently on 2,000 cals a day with about 30 odd reamining a day i want to loose about half to 1 lb a week if poss how much exercise do i roughly need to do a day and how many calories would i need to burn?

Calorie Deficit
my daily Calorie Deficit is -120 calories does that mean i have to loose at 120 calories a day at the least but more if i want to off my goal to lose weight?
