Exercising and eating right and STILL gaining weight
Im getting really frustrated. Im 20 yrs old and Im 4'11 and weigh 213 pounds. Ive been on the green smoothie diet and exercising 1-2 hours a day that includes weight lifting and cardio... I lift 40-50 pounds with the barbell and I do 60-70 lbs on machines. I eat healthy all throughout the day and drink nothing but water…
