When cardboard looks tastey
I am always way over my calorie goal. I dont know what to do. There comes a certain point in the day where i have had 2+ liters of water and I just cant fight the pang. What do you do when cardboard looks tastey? :P

Cardio arms only
My legs burn from squats, jumping jacks ,walking,and running on spot. Is there anything my arms could do. Ideas? :happy:
