Newbie with a Goal needs advise.....
Hi all I am one week in and have lost only 3/4 lb! I have a specific goal with my holiday in 15 weeks. I was doing weight watchers and was losing an average of 2lb per week, but did feel limited so thought low calorie was the way to go.
