New to site - Anyone in S. Wales?
Hi, I am new to my fitnesspal. I did Nutracheck and lost 3 stone but fell over and broke my ankle whilst walking the dog and piled on a stone quite quickly so need to get it off again. Recently moved to Bargoed, S. Wales and wondered if there are any members nearby??
