HI I am new here
Hi my name is Deniece and I am about 35 pounds overweight...I am tired of being overweight. I come from an obese family, my brother weighs in excess of 500 pounds and I am terrified of doing the same thing. I have started a excercise program along with attempting to eat right...we shall see how this goes.
