5:2 Diet
This questions probably been asked before but I'm newish and not succeeding at the moment. Has anyone tried this and do you think it works? i.e. Eat required calorie intake for five days and severely restrict for two days of the week (not consecutively). Needing a kickstart so just wondering...

Three days away ...
Had three days away from home with a big event to go to as well! Only signed in to this last Wednesday so that was a bit unfortunate. Haven't recorded my food for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Never mind - I did try not to go over the top! So, back recording food today and having a super lean day to kickstart the week.…
