Hi all. Currently training for a half marathon in may. What have I put myself in to. Mainly doing it for an aim and to get running again. Any tips from runners. I'm also Tring to lose some chub in the process. Any tips on easy and quick healthy meals would be most appreciated. Wish me luck. Cheers
