NFP New Girl!
Hi guys! My name is Mandie, and I'm 23 years old. Starting on Monday July 8th, I'll be starting my journey to fitness. I'll be on a 1425 calorie a day diet, with 5 days of exercise (90min workouts) per day. Starting weight is 252, and I have a goal weight of 165! Does anyone have any tips or tricks? Let me know. :)
