How much do you think I will lose?
I'm 17, 18 in October. I was 170lbs, I've been eating at max 1200kcal everyday, exercising (dog walking, spinning, sit ups) and I've lost 8.2lbs in 10 days.. I've cut out all fatty foods, and been eating healthy breakfasts, and salads for lunch, fish. Etc. I'm not a big meat eater though. my question is will my weightless…
