Strength training: Where to start?
Hi, I'm new to strength training. I want to start, but I'm kind of lost... I was told to do 1 day Legs, 1 day Push, 1 day Pull-- with 1 day of rest or cardio in between. I did Legs yesterday: calf raises, leg curl, walking lunges. 15 reps, 3 sets of each. The legs workout only took me 30 mins and I think it's too short...…
