Usually after I work out, the mere thought of food makes me want to hurl.. at least for an hour or so. Today within 5 mins of finishing I had an overwhelming craving for salt. Anyone know what this could be?
When I finish I don't feel this energy everyone talks about. I am shaking all over and feel sick and have zero energy the rest of the day. This is what always makes me quit everytime I start an exercise routine. Will this ever go away? Will it get easier?
