I am looking for some excercise that I can do this weekend? I went for a run yesterday and managed to pop the cartilage out the side of my knee joint, so running is out....ideas?? :sad:
Hi, this week is my first week of doing this, and unfortunately I have a night out with some old friends this week. I will be having a few beers and wondered which ones were the best for not going over on the calories?? (P.S I am in the UK so Bud Light wont be available)
