I'm sure SOMEBODY else on this site is doing P90X as well as me, but I haven't been able to find it under the pre-set Exercise groups here on this website. I've been putting it in as Cross-Training. Is this about accurate??

Have any men tried this and found it to be a good workout? I'm usually on my 360 and I have a Kinect so I always see the videos for it. Can anybody give me any good feedback about it because it looks interesting??

Slim Fast Shakes?
Wondering if anybody else has tried the Slim Fast Shake diet and had any success with it? I drink one for breakfast, have a snack of beef jerky ( or fruit ) in between, another for lunch, another snack, and then a Healthy Choice Brand Dinner.
