Hi Just wondered how many of you actually eat back the calories burned through exercise? Is it best to do this or not

Does this sound right??
I calculated TDEE etc and according to calculations I should be consuming around 1900 a day my MFP has me consuming 1200. Would this not mean an increase in weight rather than weight loss?

Hi Just wondered how often you all weigh yourselves? Obviously once weekly is the recommended but Just wondered if and changes might happen sooner

New on here and looking for friends I'm starting slim fast
Hi All I'm new to the community but have been using MFP for quite awhile. I am starting my slim fast plan today and hoping to lose around 10-12lbs which I gained following stopping smoking. If there anyone else doing slim fast maybe we could support each other Thanks :)
