fresh start after a 30 pound gain last year
I dont know what it is but I realized yesterday that I gained ten pounds in2 months....I am already heavy but now im heavier...so heres to a fresh start....meal replacements here we go:drinker:

this weekend was hell!
I failed friday night we went to the buffet........im so bummmed but back on track today...my family is sucking diwn pop and candy right in front of me all the time and it makes it hard...any advice?

anyone out there feel this way?
Sometimes I get so hungry i start shaking, and If i dont eat i start sweating and feeling faint, Im wondering if anybody feels this way? I find it odd but now that im eating healthy foods i eat more often and havent felt as bad the last tow days........any advice would be great thanks:smile:
