Advice on 30 Day Shred
I'm thinking of trying the 30 Day Shred and I'm a beginner when it comes to working out. I kind of want to start immediately but I'm gone for a week for mission work real soon.. So my question to you guys is should I go ahead and start now or wait till I get back from my mission work?

Question about diet
Just to be clear, this is not me "promoting" a diet in any way whatsoever. I am just curious if it is good to "detoxify" the body or otherwise known as a cleanse.
