Protien, what is too much?
I am not following a specific diet other than cutting calories and being aware what I am eating. I am using the generic MFP guidelines, but it seams that I am consistantly coming up high on protien. I eat plenty of veggies, maybe not enough fruit, trying to squeeze in a dairy and at a loss on how to bring the protien down.…
