So I've always drank water but since I started my weight loss journey I'm drinking about 3-4 liters a day and it's driving me crazy. I have to go to the bathroom every 15 minutes! Does this get any better or does anyone have any tips on making this transition easier? xoxo, tati

Hi everyone!!! Hopefully someone can clear some confusion with me. First off, is it realistic to set a goal of 5lbs of weight loss per month? Also, how often should I weigh myself without getting discouraged?
