Low on calories?
I am a 20 year old male, and 5'8. with 161 lbs. I would like to cut and i am currently cutting at 1550 calories for a 500 cals deficit for the last 10 weeks and i cant see any significant results for 500 deficit. is it because i am on starvation mode for being too low in calories? I just would like to hear or see any guys…
