Daily Activity Settings VS exersice?
I am unsure how to log my exercise.....I have my daily activity set as active, I do janitorial work and am active all day. SO my question is, do I still log the hours I am doing this as exersice or does the app already take into account that I am doing this?? Thanks for any help!!
