protein shakes
Does anyone use protein shakes? I guess your supposed to drink them instead of a meal? I need to know one how to use them and two where to buy the stuff for a shake. I also want like a berry flavor instead of vanilla or chocolate like normal. My friend sells avicare but its so expensive!
