New here, looking to get fit
So this is me: I'm not over weight, not according to scales or bmi but I do want to be fit. It hard to exercise, hurts my joints, I'm really out of shape, did you know that one finger can crick three times? Not to mention neck, knees, back, ankles, toes, wrists, elbows and shoulders. Not good, I know. Been ill, and at home…
