Just venturing into the forums...
Hi all, I've been using MFP for a while now and am just now posting...I don't know if I would have been able to lose as much as I have without it! I am a 40 year old from LI, NY and am now just about 5 lbs from goal. My husband has just started the weight loss journey too and I cannot be happier!
