Very frustrated...
Hello.. I'm 31, had my second baby in January and 5ft 5in tall. I started off weighing 9 stone and wanted to achieve 8.5st by the end of August. I was set a target of 1200 calories a day. I have found this really easy to do, eating lots of veg, chicken, tuna, muesli etc... The most I have easten in the last 10 days is 1400…
