Only 0.5kg lost in last month
I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I'm sticking to my calorie goals (for the most part, a little over on the long weekend we just had here). I am riding to and from work 1 - 2 days per week (45min ride each way) and am active with my kids. What do I need to do to get under 70kg? I really don't want to go back to Optifast…
