I just got a HRM and wondering if it's normal to burn soo many calories. The other day during max cardio cont i burned 650 and today during max int circuit i burned 823. Do you burn anything close or more than me ?
I have a Fitbit and use it while i work out. The calories it says i burn seems low. Today it says i burned 302 calories while doing the Max Intro ply. I also did the arvage of my heart rate. Does anyone else have this problem with it giving you wrong numbers. Thanks for reading
